Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理碩博士班 === 104 === Since the lean policy and a series of military organization and force adjustment planning cases issued in 1995 by Ministry of National Defense, existing forces has been cut sharply. However, there is no reduction in operational preparation and service works. In addition, in order to maintain peace across the Taiwan Straits and avoid forces leaning to the Mainland China too much, we keep purchasing various types of sophisticated weapons and equipment from the U.S. These weapons and equipment require professional technicians to perform operation and maintenance; therefore human resource demand is now an urgent issue. In the age of knowledge economy, knowledge will be the determination of competitiveness, while the level of competitiveness determines the rising and falling of enterprises and industries. Therefore under the current of knowledge economy, every global enterprise is actively transferring into knowledge-wise, expecting to make innovation and competitiveness increasing leaded by the power of knowledge. In the face of fierce international competition, domestic industry, political and academic fields all devote into promoting knowledge management and increasing resilience and competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore in this study, we make discussion on the effect and feasibility of introducing knowledge management system into troops, learn about the knowledge management demands of ROC Armed Forces troops and further make appropriate recommendations. Due to the inadequacy of time and manpower, we only choose vehicle management unit of an Air Unit, with case analysis and in-depth interviews to collect related data and then put it into conclusion and analysis, finally proposing research results and recommendations. Research results and recommendations are as follow: 1. Make vows of officers’ resolution and implement performance evaluation; 2. Make integrations of information modules and improve communication equipment; 3. Make planning of knowledge maps and construct KM 3.0; 4. Build innovative and efficient ROC Armed Forces with knowledge and cultures.
