碩士 === 義守大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 104 === The advanced development of Internet and technology not only has facilitated users from all over the world to collaborate with each other, but also has enabled them to share various application services. The cloud computing and services is one of the application services that has shown remarkable development due to the fact that it has changed the way users store data and has made the application of information technology reached a sophisticated level of advancement. Hence, many cloud service providers have established a personal cloud storage model. Based on the review of literature on cloud computing and services, it was found that most researches have been focusing on the development and application risk and there are still few studies that investigates the influence of users’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use towards the intention to adopt the personal cloud service from the perspective of the computer self efficacy. Therefore, this research applied the questionnaire method to probe into the individual influence of user’s perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use towards the user’s intention to adopt personal cloud service. Simultaneously, this study also applied the computer self-efficacy as moderator to investigate whether the individual influences of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use towards personal intention to adopt personal cloud would be affected by the computer self-efficacy. The results showed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have significantly positive influence towards the intention to adopt personal cloud, while computer self-efficacy has a significant moderating effect on the perceived ease of use and the intention to adopt personal cloud. This research proposed concrete suggestions on how to increase user’s usage of personal cloud as a reference for enterprises that provide personal cloud services in the future.
