Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業管理學系 === 104 === After the legalized establishment of national army, the military has been targeting toward the implementation of Defense Two Law and streamlining human resources in military. Owing to the revising of Military Service Law, volunteer soldiers and cadres have been facing a greater deal of responsibility since the amendment, making the professional volunteer personnels become a main role in human resource planing. However, if the organization system is adjusted, friction between system and the role definition of a personnel might provoke a certain degree of impact to their career and life planning。
This study focused on the career development of volunteer personnels in logistic crops who are under service, which includes enhancing the productivity of unit and strengthening the personnel''s work capability. Furthermore, the employment of literature reviewing and tally surveying can allow us to deeply understand the regulations related to volunteer personnel''s life planning and verify their pragmatic life plan。
After quantize the data, our study founds that the career development and future life plaining of volunteer personnels under service should be separated into different stages, which should be integrated with rank, age, seniority, term of service, marriage, incorporate with organizational objectives and utilizing resources from internal and external, a rational personal life plan can be established and improve the overall quality of members in military. In addition, ruling by law is the primary developing goal for integration of military human resources, implement the legalization of human resources deployment and make the best use of resources in military will enable volunteer soldiers and cadres for not only their personal developing of military career but also the life-long future plans after discharge, which shall elevate the dignity, social status, and morel of soldiers effectively。
