碩士 === 醒吾科技大學 === 資訊科技應用系 === 104 === This research is apply for improve human resource management which maintain good quality of office discipline. The research is help employee’s working efficiency and improves our service quality for the public. In this study our researchers combine cell phone’s Bluetooth technology and BLE technology to assist Yilan Detention Center monitors detainee effectively. We hope this method or technology inspire our colleagues to create better work environment in Yilan Detention Center. By using the phone’s Bluetooth No. which can be sponsored by Bluetooth from mobile devices of employees and managers, updating whether duty position or the manage route back to the database serve in time through set up the location and time of duty and sensible internet. This project can effectively provide in time working implement situation to the duty mangers or the first or the second supervisors, meanwhile saving public funds and alternating traditional sign-in documental paper costs.
