Summary:碩士 === 修平科技大學 === 精實生產管理碩士班 === 104 === Taiwan bicycle industry is a very important industry , enterprises continue to pursue under sustainable management , how to enhance the competitive advantage to face the challenges of global competition in the global sustainable competitive situation labor costs and material prices , the import refined real management to enhance productivity, improve quality, reduce costs, reduce inventory , etc. expect to enhance their own competitiveness , this study mainly bicycle parts manufacturing process of the production line for the object to explore instances , the use of Lean Production management site improvement approach through value stream analysis chart , identify improvement after bursting point , while introducing the Toyota Production System to improve the skills and experience to improve processes , show import Lean Production management brings efficiency and impact of enterprises. In this study, with cases of corporate culture and system, analysis of the status of cases and processes , formulate the most appropriate cases to improve the methods and strategies to guide enterprises to promote the improvement activities and to exclude waste, improve the rate of implementation and effectiveness of operations , and the future can be in the PDCA cycle continued to improve, increasing the efficiency of the entire business operations to achieve sustainable development as the goal, to provide customers the necessary products in the shortest time . In the end, can be provided to the case in the lead- lean production management strategies and promoting reference , the case Empirical Study results show lean production management applications can make the production lead time 50% increase in efficiency , process efficiency by 19% , on-site work competence of personnel , process operations have significantly improved , the number of jobs and 20 % of the number of streamlined efficiency , can be used as a reference implementation of the case back for improvement .
