On traditional SMEs, with the increase in business scale and the acquisition of equipment, Original plant facility layout and production unit load arrangements are not properly planned. This factor often leads to the occurrence of two conditions, The first factor to be improved "Invalid move" generation, The second factor to be improved "unevenly distributed load" as, In this paper, the application limit theory improvement, In the viewpoint of system bottlenecks, and gradually extended to non-bottleneck unit arrangement, the production system has been gradually improved after good improvement in performance .Throughout the industrial development of product types and styles, up to tens of thousands. First, the use of QFD analysis of customer attention to quality characteristics of the main key, Later in the manufacturing process for online quality control for this major quality characteristics, when faced with adverse generated, then backtracking to find out whether there are opportunities for non-material or adverse human-computer operation and other reasons to be understood and eliminated. Via control charts and lean production management to make the production process gradually stabilized, and quality control at the successive arrival standards we have good results.
