The qualitative method is employed. Data are from in-depth interviews of five families with children in the age range of 20 to 35 in Taoyuan City. Taking care of children with intellectual disability, parents face difficulties and stress. Especially, they worry about the future of the children. Thus, social support plays an important role in caring process. The findings show that family support has significant meaning to the caregivers on caring. The stronger support the family provides, the better the stress relieves. In other words, family support is the major dynamic for caring the children. Moreover, adjusting daily life, how to communicate with the elderly and discriminating children with intellectual disability all are problems that parents need to handle. In addition, parents confront a tough decision on caring or working, and the financial consideration becomes the pressure of parents. Finally, parents face aging course when children still need to be cared, and it is a foremost concern.
