Description
Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 建築系在職專班 === 104 === Recently, exceptional young children have attracted more and more attention and concerns. Special educaton has moved towards a new trend of “inclusive education” in which the exceptional students and the regular students are placed in the same classroom and learn together. As to the concept and implementation of inclusive education, the regular classroom teachers should have a mind of understanding and acceptance for the exceptional students at the beginning, and then learn to plan the space environment of the regular classroom for the adjustment of the exceptional students . The concept of “inclusive education” emphasizes much the “participation” and “learning” of the exceptional students after the placement in the regular class. Since 2001, Bi-hua Affiliated Preschool has carried out “inclusive education” in which the exceptional students are placed in the regular class for 15 years. Teachers have continuously joined in related workshops on special education and have improved professional knowledge and skills for the maximum efficiency of inclusive education. The purpose of this study was to analyze and investigate the space environment and all kinds of equipment under the planning of school in implementing inclusive education at Bi-hua Affiliated Preschool, as well as to propose problems and effective strategies and outlooks. Through the results of this study, it was hoped that suitable space and equipment could be provided for all the young children under the space of inclusive education.
