So, it will be a great boon if development of low cost, high efficiency homocysteine biosensors. In this thesis, titanium oxide nanotubes were fabricated by electrochemical anodized technique and used as the electrodes to test homocysteine. The growth of titania nanotubes used various electrolyte compositions and growth temperatures. The test of homocysteine reaction included cyclic voltammetry and impedance analysis. Finally ZView software was used for analysis. The results showed that prepared TiO2 nanotubes when an electrolye composition was 92.08 wt% ethylene glycol, 0.55 wt%NH4F, 7.37 wt% DI water, anodizing voltages was kept at 30 V, and temperature was kept at 24 °C. The sensitivity of homocysteine measurement using cyclic voltammetry is 238 nA/μM and the corresponding linearity is 0.989 in the homocysteine concentration is between 10 uM and 60 uM. The Impedance analysis showed a very good results for real and imaginary parts, wherein the corresponding to the lowest point of the graphic impedance real and imaginary parts of the linearity up to 0.991 and 0.984, respectively. Finally, Zview software was used to simulate the circuits of homocysteine sensor. Lin,Jyh-Ling 林智玲 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 54 zh-TW
