Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 104 === This research paper was to study the result and effect of peer counseling and learning program, especially for freshmen living on campus in Huafan University, and furthermore to propose suggestions that could improve the quality and educational functions of student dormitory. The reference of this research paper was based on the analysis the educational functions of student dormitory, theories and experiences from domstic and foreign journals.
The president of Huafan University proposed that education was not only to affect personal life, career development, but also affect the most fundamental thought patterns, own scope of vision, value proposition. All freshman students could all stay at school to train them to have active learning attitude, and also to have higher self-expectations. Under this concept, Huafan College was established by Huafan University. It provided freshmen with peer counseling, good service, care and also let freshmen to be familiar with school environment and school work as soon as possible.
According to existing programs of the college's peer mentoring system, expert interviews and journal reviews, proper students and questions were found for this study, and performed empirical research by questionnaire; experienced through a decision tree test, and found out the rules, as a follow-guidance policy proposal and adjustment of suggestion.
