Due to the need of education and the recent trend, it is necessary to have further study. Therefore, the study is basing upon the theories known as “The Care Ethics” and “Voluntary service” of Nel Noddings and the correspondences between two theories and attempting to find out the relationships among people, the characteristics and value of women volunteers in school and the points in common between those two statements. This study is divided into five chapters. In the chapter of Noddings’ theory “The Care Ethics”, a comprehensive analysis of “caring relationships” is conducted. Carers and those who they care for are studied from different angles in order to analyze the relationship and characteristics of two roles, including their appearances of responses to each other, the correspondence in the relationship, and a variety of phenomena that may occur during the relationship, and find out the direction of implementation of The Care Ethics. In the chapter of the theory “voluntary service”, the meanings of people choosing to participate in the services are presented. The insight into the status of school volunteer programs is provided as well. Subsequently, service experiences and moral life of volunteers and the moral thinking “ethics of care” and the development of behaviors of volunteers are established to combine theory with practice. The study of “women” volunteer is the main focus specifically. Based on a cross correspondence of above statements, the conclusion is that a caring atmosphere can be created by school “on purpose”. The organization of volunteer parents improves not only the accomplishment of care of women volunteers, but also the growth of students because “caring” as the service core is able to build the power of positive thinking and influence both careers and those who they are care for.
