Thirty subjects were recruited in this study. A three mixed factors design was used to investigate the effect of different gender (male, female), image type (women, men, jewelry, animal and transportation), and color combination (yellow on red, blue on yellow, yellow on black and white on blue) on the change of critical fusion frequency (CFF), subjective visual fatigue, fixation duration, the number of fixation point, hotspotarea and scan paths. The ANOVA results indicated that color combination was significant on the change of critical fusion frequency (CFF) andsubjective visual fatigue, where more fatigue was found onyellow on red and blue on yellowthan that onyellow on black and white on blue. The results also showed that image type was a significant factor on subjective visual fatigue and fixation duration, while the lowest fatigue was found on women image and the longest fixation duration was found on transportation image. Finally, the results also indicated that the performance between men and women was different on hotspot area and scan paths. Po-Hung Lin 林伯鴻 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
