In the study, the middle and high grade students enrolled in 104 academic year of Banqiao's elementary schools of New Taipei City are investigated to analyze the relationship of parental social-economic status, family parenting style, internet behavior, and academic achievement through the implementation of questionnaire and relevant statistical methods. The overall contents of research can be divided into three parts: (1) the situation analysis of family parenting style and internet behavior, (2) the difference of internet behavior and academic achievement for personal background variables, and (3) the effect analysis on academic achievement resulted from parental social-Economic status, family parenting style and internet behavior. On the basis of results from our research, we propose the corresponding suggestions and provide the direction for future research. Finally, it is expected that the results of research can be taken as a reference of the formulation of relevant policies for education authority and the study associated with this issue in the future.
