Taiwan’s electronic components industry advantage and Taiwan brand of mobile phones have been rapidly disappearing. This study will focus on how China strongly support local electronics supply chain, the achievements of the rapid rise of Knock-off Mobile Phones firms and the impact to the other mobile phone brand. We can learned from case studies collated information, no matter what subsidies form the Chinese government, they can make these Knock-off Mobile Phones firms in the market to get the advantage, and the Chinese smartphone market, the rapid growth in these years, but also to give these Knock-off Mobile Phones manufacturers cottage excellent training environment and then transformed into the competitive advantage to challenge global market. In this study, in addition to analyzing how Taiwan’s firms respond to competitive mobile phone market strategy, and innovative strategies to enhance brand value. Also to explore and summarize best choice might be affected and face the problems and challenges of their own lack of items can be improved. In the results of this study can be learned, those brands that deeply affected by “Red supply chain”, and indeed in the market share rate gradually downward. In addition to selecting the future strategic cooperation with other partners to make themselves vulnerable to each other on price, mobile APP and patents. Further research and development and innovation in the supply chain strategic alliance to continue to create an irreplaceable competitive advantage.
