Taiwan based providers (such as Geovision and Vivotek) are also growing to catch with Western-based providers.
In the past years, all providers enjoyed the high-speed growth, at this time the China maker providers are also catching with those ones. Rely on official government supporting, Hikvision and Dahua set the lowest price to compete with all and then finally get the high market share. Base on IMS Research report, China provider - Hikvision already get the number one position in all surveillance CCTV product market share, so we can know this is a great power for these China Red Supply chain providers.
This research is standing at Taiwan to analyze surveillance CCTV industry and try to get pros/cons to estimate future development. It is time to review ourselves to get suitable position and dig out the suitable business model to earn profit.
Finally we found that Taiwan-based provider can via MIT and excellent service to get the high satisfaction from customer and convince them to accept the reasonable price to earn profit, thus just can work around for those China Red Supply chain provider's low lost competition.
