The fluctuation of oil and natural resource prices, along with increasingly competitive environments are also additional factors. The market structure, opposing this change in production, has also influenced the entire sales market for all the cars , however, the sales rate for highly priced imported cars (luxury cars), has moved in the opposite direction, steadily climbing since 2009. The special circumstances of this car sales market, besides responding to unique societal and economic trends, are also among the factors behind the purchase of luxury cars. It is worth discussing and studying whatever special factors exist, in addition to the field of competitive strategies, as it is the primary focus of this study. This study's primary topic of discussion is the various types of competitive strategies used by car agents. In the course of the study, the thesis’analytical foundation will be established, by first analyzing studies and documents related to imports, exports, and highly priced cars. Following that, related current situations in production, such as core competencies, business culture, and even related competitive strategy will all be comparative analysis.hoping to find the businesses targeting senior agents of imported cars, and compare different types of car agents differences in profit. Finally, the thesis will use the cmprehensive results of analysis to make forward business strategy, in order to make a reference for responding to the economic conditions of the M-type society. If this study can be successfully implemented, it is hoped that besides providing a reference for those in business related fields making related policy decisions, the results of this study can form the foundation for continuing deeper follow-up study on the channel structures for luxury car agents. Finally, it is hoped that this thesis assists the related business for the long-term sustainable development.
