Striving for the political stability and economic growth, the establishment of bank branches has considerable limitations to form an oligopoly market until 1991. After that, the financial industry is into the Warring States era, and bank branches are the first line of the bank. The performance of a branch plays an important role in the overall profitability of the bank. Bank manager should understand more the operating efficiency of each branch to enhance production efficiency, strengthen asset quality control, e degree to reduce labor costs, and the overall operational efficiency of banks. The goal of this study is to examine the impacts of the business structure, size, duration, the establishment of regional on branch performance. The results of this study are as follows: 1.Business structure: Wealth management income and fee income have no significant effect on branch performance. Net interest income has positive significant effect on branch performance. 2. The size of branches has negative significant effect on branch performance. 3. The duration of branches has negative significant effect on branch performance. 4. The establishment region of branches has significant effect on branch performance.
