| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 國際創業與經營管理學程碩士在職專班 === 104 === The main propose of this report is to explore behaviors, traits and patterns of successful entrepreneurs with a global perspective. In this thesis, an analysis was made between Asian and Western entrepreneurs to determine any unique qualities as it pertains to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship. Findings indicated that they are no differences in the traits of entrepreneurs no matter what country in which they derive. Instead, differences between individual entrepreneurs in carious countries may be attributed to cultural differences. These differences do not have any merit as it pertains to individual traits of successful entrepreneurs, but affect the way individuals go about being an entrepreneur or what they value as an entrepreneur. After careful consideration of the literature reviewed, the author has provided advice to individuals hoping to become a successful entrepreneur.
