Introduced by IBM research, service science is the study of co-creation that interacts among entities or service systems. Service Science Management Engineering and Design (SSMED) is the research concept and methodology in this study. Service modeling and service design can be analyzed the company’s valuation regarding the co-creation of its resources to generate an innovative business to compete with the prominent online bookstores that are playing an important role to change the entire book industry.
