More and more businesses are realizing the importance of having a suitable service design and backed by an adequate service system innovation. This paper is a discussion of the main aspects of both service design and service system innovation. Essentially, the paper analyzes the best framework for both service design and service system innovation. Additionally, there are case studies examples provided as a demonstration of how service design and service system innovation can greatly improve the operations of a business in terms of customer experience and satisfaction.
