Today, medical information website use patient E-WOM to provide new doctor recommendation service. This study basis on outpatient combining divisions, outpatient moment, physician specialty, disease category and E-WOM recommendation system model and architecture. We use the physician experience, the average patient registration numbers, numbers of E-WOM recommendation and numbers of positive article to construct the model. Finally, we use the 80/20 Rule divide into Community Recommended Model and outpatient Top Model.
