| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 104 === With the increase of Internet Service and medical needs, medical information website provide the classification if medical department, it can help patient to choose the hospital and the doctor. Today, medical information website use patient E-WOM to provide new doctor recommendation service.
This study basis on outpatient combining divisions, outpatient moment, physician specialty, disease category and E-WOM recommendation system model and architecture. We use the physician experience, the average patient registration numbers, numbers of E-WOM recommendation and numbers of positive article to construct the model. Finally, we use the 80/20 Rule divide into Community Recommended Model and outpatient Top Model. This Model can help people get doctor’s information quickly, reduce the time of search doctor and the waste of medical cost.
