| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 景觀設計學系碩士班 === 104 === Recent years in Mainland China,agro-tourism develops rapidly depending on great economic growth,and all kinds of Leisure Agriculture and agro-tourism come out.However,rapid development brings problems,social problems such as farmers losing farms ,countryside swallowed by urban, and industry issues such as agro-tourism in low level and poor quality.Agro-tourism has already been mature in Taiwan,and farmers have enough autonomy,which leading to the concept of Rural Autonomous Creation.The works of Autonomous Creation add color to landscape in rural area where there were always public constructions.
Rural Autonomous Creation aims to use ecological and environmental-friendly construction method to improve the living and tourism environment in rural area by farmers themselves.At the same time,expressing local culture ,favoring positive interactivity between farmers and farm,farmers and tourists,as a result,totally improving the quality of leisure and agro-tourism.
This study is based on the condition of agro-tourim in Mainland China right now,combining the experience of rural autonomous creation in Taiwan,reviewing the rural autonomous creation practice in Baixi Village, Fujian Province by the model of Taiwan .And study the rural autonomous creation models that fit the condition of Mainland China after researching the administration systems related to agriculture and tourism,and the foundation of farmers’ cooperative organization.
