Summary:博士 === 輔仁大學 === 商學研究所博士班 === 104 === This paper focuses on the technological application and development trends of future education, identifying the key factors promoting the transformation of the traditional classroom into the future classroom as well as analyzing and distinguishing the relationship and importance among each structural factor. This paper reviews past traditional education operations and teaching methods; secondly investigates the operational status and structural pattern of current education practices, highlighting current problem-solving and educational reform adjustments; it further explores the development progress of future education and finally, estimates the corresponding measure actions during the educational process. The service design workshop explores the impact of the future classroom on English learning. We analyze the interactions among operational management, flipped education and receiving mode. The purpose of this research is to provide valuable insight into future classroom development by exploring the key factors the introduction of supplementary education have on the future classroom. By doing so, we expect to attach importance to establishing the teaching environment and further improve learning efficiency, to promote sustainable supplementary education in Taiwan, transforming from traditional classroom teaching patterns to the future learning environment with technological and intelligent applications in a more efficient manner.
