The growth in athletic footwear is driven by a new leisure lifestyle trend, the decline in traditional dress shoes and office wear shoes means that the world is shifting to a new era. Furthermore, the growth of healthy lifestyle which results in encouraging people performing more exercise benefits athletic footwear directly. Athletic footwear r sales compare to other footwear categories has been growing rapidly. What makes athletic footwear different from other footwear? By understanding the factors influence purchasing intention of athletic footwear, the author hope we can find an answer to the athletic footwear’s success and able to apply this knowledge in different areas.
