After big contribution to the modern world, the skepticism about human right still never ceasing, i. e. the nature of human rights seems always look vague and in an uncertain foundation. Also, in the human right global spreading, the universality of human rights be criticised . Human rights is criticised added a new lists of disputed rights in his past decades .In this unsteady status, Human Rights Theology could have his role and contribution in at least two ways. First is that the Bible could give the content of 1. Human Dignity; 2. The freedom content of human being; 3. The Rights of Disadvantages; 4. The equality spirit in Pauline Theology, 5. Covenantal Human right; 6. The Human Right in Bible Prophet Tradition; 7. The liberation of our Humanity from Christ; these perspective together coincide to the Modern Human Rights basically although it does not name as Human Rights term directly in Bible. Second is that Church had try her best to execute the above Bible human right content in the history, so successfully made a Human Rights Culture in human history, this make an important foundation on today’s Human Rights System. Human Rights Theology does not have an important position even be doubted in today’s Protestant Church , e.g. Evangelical Tradition. In the history, the Roman Catholic have a change which from an objection with Human Rights in a French Revolution format to today’s Human Rights supporter, what inspiration could this make to Evangelical tradition? After more than 60 years from the Universal Declaration Human Rights be made , human rights should be reviewed in this post-cold war day, human rights theology should have a role and duty to this. Human Right Value should be a great mission of today’s Christianity.
