Summary: | 碩士 === 佛光大學 === 公共事務學系 === 104 === The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the existing conditions of gender equality education in high schools and vocational high schools in Yilan County. First, prolegomenon, there are the background motivation of the research, the purpose and problems, the range and target, and the procedure of research. Hope to know what effects of conducting these businesses due to inherent and external environmental factors they may face when giving impetus to gender equality education work. Therefore, the thesis will survey a point of view on policy conducting, among which will discuss some facets about conducting, especially the conditions of sources and the inclination of executive staff of executive institution. These will be discuss in follow-up scientific literature reviewing and research design.
Second, a review in scientific literature, there are content of gender equality education, act of gender equality education, contrasts in act of gender equality in employment and act of sex harassment prevention, scientific literature of carrying out situation of the act of gender equality education, and the research of policy conducting. It attempts to discuss the problem of carrying out situation of gender equality education in high schools and vocational high schools from the point of view on analyzing of policy conducting, and hopes to understand anywhere else should be enhanced from the difficult position that schools have encountered when giving impetus to act of gender equality education. Then aim at these problems and go a step further to propose policy for the authorities.
Next, research design and case introduction there are research skeleton, research methods, interviewee and interview outline, and case introduction. This thesis takes quality research path and hopes that through the process of interviewing in depth, some information about giving impetus to gender equality education can be found from some workers in high schools and vocational high schools in Yilan County to realize what results and difficult positions are. Hope to coordinate and analyze the situation of conducting gender equality education policy by the interview papers.
Plus, interview information analysis, there are aims and sources of gender equality education policy, inherent and external environmental effect factors on campus, inclination of executive staff, and promotion and difficult positions of gender equality education. This chapter will aim at collected interview information and analyze other related scientific literature according to the research skeleton of this thesis to resolve research questions mentioned in this thesis.
Last but not least, conclusion. This chapter is divided into three sections. The first section, research discovery, is to aggregate the excerpt of related difficult positions from the research results. The second section, research suggestion, is to bring out related suggestions of the research discovery by the author, and it is divided into government part and school part for concerned department to consult. The third section, research expectation, is to bring out follow-up research direction of this research by the author for other researchers to consult.
For how to implement the prevention and cure of sexual abuse or sexual harassment, there are two aspects. For government: government units should pay attention to execution and propaganda of laws, and they should integrate human resources and establish resource centers in partitions. Plus, government units should do more propaganda and encourage people to circulate information instead of punishment. What's more, they should integrate resources of communities and reward family who participate in the activities, Last but not least, government units should pay attention to porn and internet crime. For school units: they should take the initiative to contact the government and establish communication platform and face the differences of administrative work, increase human resources and incentives. Plus, school units should implement propaganda of gender equality education and encourage colleagues training and participate and establish school talent pools. Shorten the procedure of the gender equality case and deal with them brightly.
