In order to understand the relationship from near to far distances with myopia, this study is conducted three experiments. The first was the development of the full-range visual acuity chart from normal logarithmic eye chart. Secondly, based on the students with mild to moderate myopia as objects and measured visual acuity and refractive error; Finally, the amount of visual pressure measured by HRV, in order to assess the suitability of close reading glasses . According to the logarithmic visual acuity chart of GB11533, developed the full-range (near, middle and far) visual chart. Attempted to verify and confirm the opening of symbols on the eye chart by 40X microscope many a time, in order to establish the ratio of near, middle and far visual eye chart is 1: 4: 16, converted into distance of measuring is 31.25cm: 125cm: 500cm. Results of visual acuity and diopters measurements in the naked eye by the full-range (near, middle and far) visual chart, Results of visual acuity (VA) in the naked eye, measuring visual acuity of the near distance was significantly greater than VA of the middle and far distance, and the middle distance was significantly greater than VA of the far distance. In measuring corrected visual acuity (VA) of the near distance was significantly greater than the corrected VA of the middle and far distance. When measuring diopter of the near distance was significantly positive value than the middle and far distance, and diopter of middle distance was significantly positive value than diopter of far distance.。Results pointed out that visual acuity from near to far, farther more worse; myopia from near to far, the farther away the more serious. It found that does't require wearing glasses or wearing reading glasses to read in reading distance. Visual pressure measured by HRV found that wearing convex lens or naked eyes was better than full correction lens. A significant increase in RMSSD, HR, NN50, pNN50, LF/HF , HF% etc. and LF% significantly reduced. Thus obtained wearing convex glasses was better and least pressure, followed by the naked eye, and wearing full correction lens was more pressure. Myopia students in close reading without glasses or wearing convex lens is better, and full corrected lens is worst. The full-range distance visual chart and visual pressure measured by HRV can prevent myopia and can be a reminder of visual fatigue and stress to mitigate myopia. Avoid prolonged with the eyes in close distance, you can have healthy and sustainable life of vision.
