Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 光電學系 === 104 === This thesis studied the frequency stabilization of diode laser to a fiber-Bragg-grating (FBG) cavity with the Pound-Drever-Hall (PDH) scheme. The finesse of FBG cavity was about 27, which was measured by the Distributed Feedback Diode Laser (DFBDL) with the scanning frequency around the center frequency of 1520.0855 nm. The frequency stabilization was successfully carried on, and we used PZT attached on the fiber to change the cavity length that made the change of resonant frequency. In order to make FBG cavity kept at resonance, the DFBDL has to be frequency-locked on FBG cavity by using PDH locking scheme. The results of stability all approximated to 10^(-10). In the future, we will add a fiber taper into the FBG cavity as a sensor to probe the absorption of acetylene molecules in the gas cell and that the cavity enhanced absorption spectroscopy or the cavity ring down spectroscopy will be used to increase the sensitivity of absorption.
