Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 機械與電腦輔助工程學系 === 104 === To improve the traditional usage on the damper of the damping oil 、increasing the damping adjustability and using air cylinder spring the advantage of easy adjustment of the spring constant, the article will try to design a combination with Pneumatic cylinder acts as an air spring and Stepper motor acts as a dampers of the stepper motor as a simple stand-up suspension system. In order to verify the feasibility of this structure as the vibration suppression of the paper will analyze the dynamic characteristics and its correlation with different voltages, different input air pressure and different loads of testimony related to vibration suppression experiment to verify the relevant vibration suppression system of this suspension characteristic. Through the experimental results confirmed that the suspension system combined with the cylinder and the stepping motor is indeed feasible, the results can be used as reference vibration suppression mechanism design. This paper is only a preliminary design of an adjustable suspension system bodies, as if to further modify and add controller design agency, is expected to be commercialized value.
