The case study company in this thesis starting with ten-odd workers, now has more than one hundred and twenty employees. Having gone through continuous trials and errors also adjustment, the company has established strong workers’ commitment and coherence, which are the most important drive and nutrition for enhancing the corporate development and growth.
The case study company has been in the construction industry for more than twenty years, dedicating itself to building a happily- working and happily-living environment for all the employees. In the meantime, they have clear team goals and slogans for each stage, e.g. “ cherishing ideals, constructing with heart” for 1993 when the company was established; “humanistic ideals, exquisite constructions” for 1997; “humanism , technology, environmental protection” as the main concept for 2001; in 2007 focusing on “ Confucian connotation, artisan spirit”; furthermore in 2010 “ beautiful city, blissful community” was proposed, devoting itself to developing an environmental friendly living space, also injecting the concept of artistic aesthetics into the sophisticated community services, aiming to facilitate the neighborhood interaction in order to create a harmonious living environment. The company has stabilized its market place by its first class constructions; meanwhile it also has been willing to share its benefits with the customers and employees so as to strengthen the mutual trust. This company certainly richly deserves the reputation as a blissful enterprise.
