Electric motor has been widely utilized in Semiconductor industry, Industrial Automation, Machinery Industry, and Instruments Industry, it pervades every aspect of our lives. The concept of lean manufacturing is widely used in many Industry. This study used fishbone diagram for the analysis tools to explore production process of motor stators for the elimination of waste within a manufacturing system. In other words, using Fishbone diagram to make obvious what adds value by reducing everything else. The fishbone diagram showed that the production process of motor stators can be improved yield rate for the product about 15% in welding and the cost can be reduced about 3%.
