In this study, through integration of the literature and follow-up survey to analyz the quality defect of dry wall and obtain status of quality management in the construction process.in the construction process. Using statistical software to identify the impact of facilities for obtaining the status of quality factors and management performed. In order to achieve the purpose of research, intended to questionnaires, collection and use of statistical analysis of quantitative information, and achieved results. And the results are as follows: 1. For the construction quality, the thirteen stages of drywall are high impact. Between these stages, the material arrived on site with minimal impact. The greatest impact is the entity prototyping stage. Concrete prototyping stage with the greatest impact. 2. For the construction quality management ,all stages of drywall construction obtains low level.Construction planning stage obtains highest level of execution quality management. Column stage obtains lowest level. 3. The degree of influence of different stages difference of opinion on the overall quality of the project by project personnel on gender and engineering personnel service agencies whether to have their own quality management gage the impact of variables. 4. Quality management differences of opinion dyrwalls of different facilities for stage obtained by gender, years of work and the workplace.
