Enterprise innovative technology and quality improvement realize business income growth and the objective of sustainable operation, pushing the nation’s overall economic growth forward. Every day, new ideas and methods are created and advanced, in contrast to the empirical rules in the past that are applied and put into practice and shall not be ignored. How an enterprise links up with this new, new age, and utilizes them to effectively manage the business process has undoubtedly become one of the management issues that obtain much attention. In the early phase, some of the enterprises did not attach much importance to the collection of data and messages. They thought those were just the reference data not definitely useful, needed quite an amount of expenditure on equipment cost, and therefore not very cost-effective. However, with the growth of the enterprise, there are more and more data, and the data can speak for themselves. Gradually, they become the reference basis of empiric rules for business administration. How to make use of the improvement of internal empiric value to recreate the enterprise profit, in order to support the target of sustainable operation. Conclusion of this research is based on the above target, which explored whether the cost of poor quality in the manufacturing process could be reduced via the information technology management system- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Shop Floor Tracking (SFT), aiming to increase competitiveness and profitability of enterprises, Verify the information system to assist the effectiveness and impact, as businesses and researchers for future reference.
