Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === There are already a number of studies have confirmed between job satisfaction and recognition of the company has been associated, however, these studies were not directly against the insurance agents own job satisfaction and the companys recognition of the two in-depth study of its affiliates sex, whether it will affect the willingness to engage in their childrens insurance marketing operations. Therefore, the aim of this study is to understand whether their insurance agents job satisfaction and acceptance of the companys influence in their childrens willingness to work insurance selling relationships.
In this paper, based in Taichung, Taiwan, and two regional insurance companies, serving insurance agents as sample questionnaires and collect data. Empirical results show that insurance agents themselves for their children in the insurance marketing efforts will of their children themselves engaged in insurance selling will to have a positive correlation, influencing their children are the biggest key factor in insurance marketing business industry engaged in providing the insurance agents recruiting new members as well as by members of the future intend to engage in the insurance selling jobs, as a reference evaluation index.
