碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 運輸科技與管理學系 === 104 === The divisional islands play the important roles from the point of view of the traffic flow especially in the urban roadway system. Mostly, the divisional islands are made with the reinforced concrete which is rigid and could be the dangerous obstacles in case of the vehicles are not in the appropriate driving path. Accordingly, the design of the divisional islands shall be paid with more attention especially during the night time. Therefore, the reflective function in the divisional islands is one of the key points for the night time traffic. The major purpose of this study is to classify the different type of the divisional islands and use the Grey Relational Analysis to discuss the required reflective facilities which will efficiently enhance the traffic safety.
