Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 運輸科技與管理學系 === 104 === The 2013 National defense report indicated that “Many countries limit the defense budget and cut the size of the armed forces in order to save the government expenditure”. Thus, our military carry out a series of organizational reform under the guidance of government. Since the unit of aircraft maintenance is the biggest one in Air Force, this research aims at investigating the relationships among Working Pressure, Job Involvement and Job Performance of the R.O.C. Military Organizational Reform. Some specific conclusions and suggestions are proposed to our aircraft maintenance department of Air Force.
This research gets the related information by literature analysis first. The questionnaire is designed base on the research framework. Subjects are the officer in one of aircraft maintenance department of Air Force. There are 346 copies of questionnaires sent by random sampling, and 267 copies were collected totally. The valid numbers of questionnaires are 230 copies, and the percentage is 66.4%. The data are analyzed by using SPSS. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and simple regression are also adopted in this research. The results found as follows.
1. There is a significant correlation among Organizational Reform Cognition, Working Pressure, Job Involvement and Job Performance in aircraft maintenance department of Air Force.
2. Organizational Reform Cognition and Working Pressure have a significant influence on Job Involvement in aircraft maintenance department of Air Force.
3. Job Involvement has significant influence on Job Performance in aircraft maintenance department of air force.
