It’s not only for users of every age group bringing a trend but also becoming an industry. Even several business corporations specialized fabricating and designing online game. Online Games belong to a composite style of works, which contained the works were extensively been used to re-creation by many creators, for instance: Patch, Modification (mostly referred to as MOD) and Doujinshi. These re-creations are perhaps not to ask for agreements and authorizations from original authors. Therefore, it might violate the copyright laws. However, these derivative works has long been commonplace in modern society, MOD and Doujinshi even becomes a culture. In this situation, whether these re-creations’ behaviors are legal or not. There is no a doubt, it’s an involving widely emerging issue. From another aspect, these re-creations’ behaviors are the ways of showing new ideas or concepts. If the copyright laws give it rules and limitations, it might be caused great obstacles for social progression.
