At the same time, Low Carbon Building Alliance establishes building carbon footprint evaluation system to construct a series of carbon footprint guidance in up-down process from planning and design to the completion stage. With the evaluation system of design stage of building carbon footprint (BCFd) as the theoretical basis, the building carbon footprint simulation calculation is carried out on 5 stages of life cycle of townhouse building, and 8 indexes of RS evaluation of green building are used as the research index project. Through the collection of building design drawings and quantity of building materials and other materials, the evaluation on each project is carried out in design stage (BCFd) so as to calculate each carbon emission data within the scope of carbon footprint investigation of (1) materials used for newly-built engineering, (2) materials under construction, (3) materials for the use stage, (4) materials for repairing and updating and (5) materials at demolition of wastes. The results suggest that the carbon emission value per square meter lies between 2543.1~2000.4(kgCO2e/m2) and the mean value is 2271.75 (kgCO2e/m2) for the total carbon emission of the carbon footprint evaluation on townhouse type buildings including independent house, two-family house and multi-span house; the mean value for independent house is 2543.1 (kgCO2e/m2), the mean value for two-family house is 2523.7 (kgCO2e/m2) and the mean value for multi-span house is 2000.4 (kgCO2e/m2). It can be known that the total carbon emission of independent house carbon footprint ranks the highest, respectively followed by two-family house and multi-span house. It is found that EEV base value of shell energy saving of all sorts of buildings in the system scoring is 0.8 for “Daily Energy Saving” index evaluation project in the green building evaluation indexes, the design value of independent house is 0.39, the two-family house is 0.40 and multi-span house is 0.69. In terms of the relationship between building carbon footprint and green building evaluation index, it is found that the total carbon emission of independent house ranks the first, but it has the best shell energy saving EEV, respectively followed by multi-span type and two-family building. 鄭明仁 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 163 zh-TW
