碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 合作經濟學系 === 104 === As increasingly high rise and high-density residential patterns , it’s an important issue of urban residential security that householders how to deal with the potential threat of earthquake disaster owing to Taiwan in the Circum-Pacific seismic zone. After several serious incidents such as 921 earthquake , an signal was given to the quality control of the building materials in the construction industry in Taiwan and its related commercial activities The research through questionnaires from households reassuring level of disaster prevention system of the building , and residents on their own degree of structural safety of buildings as an indicator to understand the impact on residential security and satisfaction of mutual relevance. In recent years, use the quality of building materials will be exposed and the 2016 Taiwan Kaohsiung Meinong earthquake as a starting point, let the respondents recognize the importance of building safety, and understand residents the relieved extent for the disaster prevention system of the building.
