Physical examination in connection with military service is an examination and physical status judgment for man at conscription age. Physical examination has impacted on over 170,000 eligible male and their family every year. It is assigned to specific hospitals and medical professionals and the physical status judgment will be done during the conscription examination held by the city-government. The purpose of the examination is to distinguish whether those people are going to the service and which kind military service they should go. In order to reform the old examination system, the local government starts to implement the new examination system since June 2016. It transfer the examination held by local government into the examination organized by specific hospitals. By precision instrument and sufficient medical human resource, we hope solve the problems ad make process in the system. Military physical examination policy is to identify the physique and position accurately, select soldiers and maintain the right for the serviceman. To make sure that the new examination policy will not have the same problem as the old ones, the research will focus on “fairness”, “efficiency” and “effective” three parts to inquire the examination policy in order to come up with results and recommendations.
