People, such as teachers and staff on the campus, might gain stress from their works, families, and the environments. To achieve the life balance and well-beings, they should adjust themselves mentally and physically via taking parts in leisure activities. A few studies had focus on teachers in the elementary and high schools through exploring their leisure involvement, leisure benefits, and well-beings. The study has chosen educators in pre-schools as research objects to discover their leisure involvement, leisure benefits, and well-beings, while the relationships, differences, and regression among three observed variablesare also conducted through statistical analyses. The study receives 491 questionnaires in the survey and analyze the data by adopting descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, t test, relation analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The major findings in the study include the followings: 1. After factor analysis are conducted, new factors are generated from three observed variables. There are 2 new factors, sense identification and happiness expectation, are identified in the leisure involvement. Social learning, relaxing, and exercising growth are new factors for the leisure benefits; while self-satisfaction, balance, amenity are named as new factors in the well-beings. 2. The leisure involvement and benefits for the educators in pre-schools are relatively high, while well-being was slightly higher than normal. 3. The study finds that teachers are different than educare givers in the leisure involvement and well-beings. Educators with higher salary (above $60K) have higher well-being then others, while people attached to other attributes such as gender, age, education, teaching years, marriage, kid, and administrative position, do not appear the similar effects. 4. The relationships are not too high, among three observed variables. According to the outcome from regression analysis, leisure involvement and benefits are reliable on predicting well-beings. Based on the findings, the study would make some suggestions. The school might provide more and better leisure facilities and places in order to improve educators’ well-being. In addition, educators might actively participate leisure activities to fortify themselves through inner reinforcement or peer community with leisure interests. Since the questionnaires are collected from educators in public pre-schools, other studies might collect data from educators in private pre-schools to discover more factors such as working environment and working hours that might affect leisure involvement and benefits. Moreover, other issues such as leisure activity patterns, frequency, and participation models, and qualitative methodology might be adopted into the future studies.
