The method of questionnaire survey had been adopted by this research, with“questionnaire survey on Taichung City Junior High School Teachers’ Participation in Teachers’ Learning Communities and Teachers’ Sense of Well-being” as the research tool. With stratified random sampling, data were collected from 487 samples in 15 schools. All data collected were analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. The conclusions are as follows: 1.In Taichung City, junior high schol teachers’ participation in learning communities is above average. 2.The junior high school teachers’ sense of well-being perceived by the teachers from junior high schools in Taichung City is above average. 3.Different seniorities, school scale ,and the experience of teachers’ learning community have significantly different perception in junior high school teachers’ participation in learning communities. 4.Different seniorities and school scale of teachers have significantly different perception in junior high school teachers’ sense of well-being. 5.There is a considerable degree of positive correlation between junior high school teachers’ participation in learning communities and teachers’ sense of well-being. 6.Teachers’ learning communities have the significant prediction toward teachers’sense of well-being. Based on the result shown above, this study proposes several relevant suggestions, which can be provided as a reference for competent authorities for education, school administration units, junior high school teachers, and future researchers.
