The science and technology continue to progress under well many 3C (Computer, Communication, and Consumer Electronics) electronic products size from bulky and heavy to thin and small. but the functions become strong. such as mobile phones, tablet computers, LCD screens... and other 3C electronic products. with portable, user-friendly features and other advantages. If product ability cant up well, the company will loss many costs. the cost down for many company is in need to improvement, however, there are many ways to improve cost down, including a way for Six Sigma (Six Sigma), to push six sigma activity is from top to bottom, simultaneously process improvements and follow DMAIC five steps to carried out. this research is adopted Six Sigma approach to cost down of glass cutting crack, It can greatly reduce the cost of waste companies and can enhance companys income.
