Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學系 === 104 === People around the world every year to improve the standard of the requirements of various commodities, product life cycles are getting shorter, replaced by a number of innovative product, in order to adapt to social changes, companies must develop a number of innovative products to attract consumers to buy, in Taiwan the development process, most are in the development of small and medium traditional industries, based on the early womens underwear belong to personal privacy products, as women gradually be taken seriously, the women’s underwear products gradually increase its value, but womens underwear and underwear fabric design process are quite complex and time-consuming, to help enterprises to improve production performance, this study is introducing lean enterprise management, use IE tool program analysis, time to study the law and 7S management practices, identify problems, propose ways to improve, in order to verify the practices analysis of results. Research pointed out that introducing lean management for enterprises to improve process performance, so that womens underwear products processes achieve significant improvement, improved results are as follows: before and after the improvement GAP reached 23.83%, reduce product production time, reduce employee take line operation time, quantization benefits of $1,909,425 to improve the efficiency of $1,023,225, putting the cost of $106,200, table bad rate increase cost $ 780,000, the above results show that the present study, lean management practices successfully improve production performance womens underwear industry of this study, expected by this process improvements can provide a method to the lingerie industry for continuous improvement and ideas, but also succeeded in raising the performance feedback to employees, employees of the company to increase the cohesion, for the company to reap more profits and benefits.
