Recently, shoe-making industry controls the cost of raw material strictly, and suppliers’ selection becomes a very import issue. To take Nike as an example, Nike has its own trust supplier list, and it also appoint 80% raw material by itself. Therefore, when shoe factory builds up its own supplier chain system, it needs to set up the standard of supplier selection which should consider the cost and quality at the same time. Through supplier selection, shoe factory can choose the suitable suppler to cooperate. The research summarizes main factors which should be taken into consideration when selecting shoe suppliers, and further establishes hierarchical structure of objectives based on these selected factors. By conducting interviews or questionnaire surveys on experts in shoe-making industry, the result of decision analysis is able to be carried out through SPSS reliability analysis, Expert Choice, as well as Microsoft Excel Software. Analytic Hierarchy Process is used as a tool to evaluate the criteria of supplier selection adopted by shoe-making industry. In doing so, the Relative numerical weight of the Assessment Criteria can therefore be obtained, which provides the industry with valuable reference during shoe Supplier selection. P shoe-making company is chosen as the study object to validate the six criteria adopted during numerical weight assessment, including Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service, Innovation, and Green. Finally, the Relative numerical weight of the Assessment Criteria can be obtained, which provides the shoe factories with valuable reference during shoe Supplier selection. 遲銘璋 鄭豐聰 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 72 zh-TW
