Product form has evolved from mass production to customization, which makes the product life cycle shorter and shorter, so enterprises need to research and develop products vigorously. The team aims for new product development are to include team members from different department and to provide correct information quickly. In this study, an Android development platform for applications of handheld devices was used to design a system that includes two parts: the recording APP and the receiving APP. The recording APP has an EVT module (Engineering Verification Test) and a DVT module (Design Verification Test), and the receiving APP has an information-capturing module. According to our simulation and experiment analysis, the proposed application system is able to reduce information transfer time by 20%~60% compared with current methods such as email or phone calls.
