Accounting firms have long been faced with the problem of high turnover rate of the middle and lower classes, especially the busy season is the cause of the business staff of the great distress, maintenance of thousands of days, if it is useless, for the firm's sustainable Business and personnel training have made significant impact. At present, accounting firms are faced with the traditional audit business stagnant growth, or even shrink the bottleneck. The world's top five accounting firms in the face of this problem, have been review their respective human resources policies to respond to changes in the entire market.
