Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 觀光餐旅碩士在職學位學程 === 104 === The research aims to understand how low-carbonate education has an influence onlow-carbonate diet cognition and low-carbonate diet behavioramong 7th graders.Besides, the correlation of low-carbonate diet cognition and low-carbonate diet behavior is also under study. This research investigates 7th graders in a junior high school in Hsinchuby means of questionnaire survey and retrieves 181 effective samples. The data analysis is based on descriptive statistics analysis, related sample t examination, and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. This study reveals that the grades on the pretest questionnaire show no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before low-carbonate diet courses. However, the behavior and cognitionof low-carbonate diet obviously differentiate the experimental group from the otherafter courses. Moreover, the cognition and behavior of low-carbonate diet demonstrate a strong correlation in the experimental group. Therefore, it is suggested that low-carbonate diet education could be conducted in high schools. It is helpful for students to make a diet change. Additonally, schools couldgo a step further to arrange various courses related to enviromental issues to promote low carbonate diet.
