Therefore, appropriate leisure activity and leisure coping are significant meaning in teacher’s quality of life and subjective well-being. The purpose of this research is to examine the impacts of teacher’s emotional labor and leisure coping on subjective well-being. Structured questionnaire was used for investigation in order to obtain teachers’ opinions in emotional labor, leisure coping and subjective well-being and totally 456 valid samples are collected during Mar. 2016. Different statistic methods including descriptive statistic, t-test, one way ANONA, hierarchical regression, and cluster analysis are used for data process. The study results show that: Different marital situations of teachers have significant differences in emotional labor, leisure coping and subjective well-being; It has a positively strong effect of genuine acting on subjective well-being; The interaction by deep acting and leisure coping has positive effect on subjective well-being; And leisure mood enhancement of teachers with high level of emotional labor has posotively powerful effect on subjective well-being. The teachers should have experiences of self-practice in genuine acting in order to increase subjective well-being. The authorities of school should pay attention to teachers’emotion, concern about their leisure coping and consequently increase educators’ subjective well-being.
